Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account"link at the top right hand side of our site.
During sign up we'll ask for your shipping address details including country.
If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
 
Returns
You may exchange or return unused Halo Headbands within 30 days from the original purchase date.

Upon receipt and inspection of product, we will exchange the item(s) at no cost or issue a refund.

Warranty
We stand by our products.
Halo Headbands come with a one year warranty against manufacturer defects from the original purchase date.
Email a picture of the defective item and Proof of Purchase to: customerservice@haloheadband.com

Within 30 days of purchase:
We will send a replacement item at no charge or issue a refund for the defective item and any shipping charges.

From 31 days to 365 days of purchase:
We will send a replacement product at no charge and only charge for shipping or issue a refund for the item less any shipping charge.

Manufactures defects over 1 year from purchase:
We can process a new order at Halo Headband loyalty pricing. Email customerservice@haloheadband.com for details.
