How do I return an item?

You may exchange or return unused Halo Headbands within 30 days from the original purchase date.

Send package and Proof of Purchase to:

Upon receipt and inspection of product, we will exchange the item(s) at no cost or issue a credit for the returned item(s).

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


Warranty

We stand by our products.
Halo Headbands come with a one year warranty against manufacturer defects from the original purchase date.
Email a picture of the defective item and Proof of Purchase to: customerservice@haloheadband.com

Within 30 days of purchase:
We will send a replacement item at no charge or issue a refund for the defective item.

From 31 days to 365 days of purchase:
We will send a replacement product at no charge and only charge for shipping or issue a refund for the defective item.

Manufactures defects over 1 year from purchase:
We can process a new order at Halo Headband loyalty pricing. Email customerservice@haloheadband.com for details.
